Designed for people who love and appreciate good food and wine, they are friendly and informal, including  hands-on instruction, excursions, visits and tastings. Locations, selected for their wonderful character and stunning surroundings, provide the perfect backdrop to informative classes hosted by experienced and knowledgeable local cooks.  Our cooking holidays include a week-long culinary holiday, a shorter 4 days’ version,  a more adventurous ‘walk & cook’ holiday, and a single-day cooking activity for food lovers, all based in Western Crete. Culinary tours can be organized starting any date for private groups and are also offered regularly throught the season on set dates, for individual reservations.
