This tour is designed to offer food lovers a captivating blend of hands-on cooking, scenic locations, tradition and history. A week to explore Crete’s flavors and smells, with the the town of Chania as a base and with a rich spectrum of experiences that focus on providing guests with an insider's experience that captures the essence of the island’s cuisine, people and culture. We will meet with producers and growers, be welcomed by chefs, dine in family-run eateries and special restaurants, visit olive orchards and vineyards, savor organic wines, delight in the sights, sounds and tastes of colorful markets. Our daily excursions will be combined with several cooking classes creating wonderful meals, authentic farm-to-fork feasts with the vitality of seasonal ingredients.
